AURPO at the 7th European IRPA Congress

In early June AURPO exhibited at the 7th European IRPA Congress in Liverpool, joining radiation protection professionals from across the world.

It was great to meet so many delegates at our exhibition stand. One of the highlights of the week was seeing AURPO’s Rae Denham (Loughborough University) represent the UK in the IRPA Young Professionals Award with her presentation entitled “An Investigation into Radioactive Needle Stick Injuries”.  She came joint second in the competition. Well done Rae!
 

We also treated delegates to some AURPO branded cupcakes, which were a big hit!
