Annual Conference 2026 – Bookings now open!

We’re delighted to release the booking form for this year’s Annual Conference. As usual the Conference combines a full technical programme, social events, exhibition and networking opportunities. Member delegate places are £235 for both days and details on the other rates, including day rates, can be found on the booking form. Forms should be emailed to [email protected]

🏨 Accommodation Information – Book Early
To support our members, we have secured a limited allocation of hotel rooms at a reduced rate. In addition, we are offering a 15% contribution towards accommodation costs for delegates booking via our allocated rooms. To book accommodation, please select your preferences on the booking form. We strongly recommend booking early to take advantage of this support.

Please note that another large-scale event will be taking place in Glasgow during the same period. As a result, hotel availability across the city will be limited.

Exhibition Spaces have now been released and bookings should be made via the Exhibitor Booking form.  We have room for up to 15 stands. Forms should be emailed to [email protected]
